Pen Names: Vic Bloom and Victor Boni

A huge pulp magazine fan he dreams of working as a Broadway playwright some day.

In 1931 he settled in NYC and starts tiring to sell his scripts. He sells stories to Argosy and Det. Fiction Weekly.

He also sold jokes and radio plays during the ’30s. Hw was the associate editor and then editor of Dell’s Film Fun’s Comedy and 1,000 Jokes magazines from 1937 until 1942.

He enlists in the armed forces and becomes a captain in the Office of Special Services (OSS) where he remains until 1960.

He lives in London working for the BBC Radio staying there until his death in 1983.
