Origin:
After resigning his commission, former U.S. Marine Captain Valor flew off to the far east in search of adventure. In august 1941, he returned to duty as a Marine, hoping to serve his country against the Axis powers.

Captain Valor is a highly trained soldier but has no superpowers.
