ORIGIN
A criminal scientist who originally fought Steel Sterling with the aid of a “magnoscooter” that utilized magnetic force and more conventional weapons. He was dragged into the upper atmosphere when he stole Steel’s anti-gravity belt, but managed to return to Earth and has modified it and joined it with other devices to allow him greater magnetic and flight abilities.
