BIOGRAPHY:
Enrolled as a Web Host, Kim Brand was determined to forge her own path of justice. This led her to make modifications to her Web Host costume, both cosmetic and technological. In doing so she dropped the Web code-name in favor of calling herself Fly Girl.

POWERS:
All powers are from the modified Web Uniform. The Fly Girl costume enables Kim to fly, offers resistance to physical attack, and the baseline Web Host suits are known to provide a measure of enhanced strength.

ABILITIES:
Technological skills – Kim was able to modify her suit herself, over-riding Web Host protocols. The modifications were both to hardware and software.

STRENGTH LEVEL:
Human. The suit may allow Fly Girl to lift as much as a couple of tons.
