The Green Cobra in an evil spirit of justice cloaked in the garb of the 1930's character the Cobra. When there is a desire to see justice done, the Cobra entered a subject’s consciousness and began talking to them, convincing them to take on the role of the Cobra. Once the Cobra takes control he dispenses justice with a .45 slug to the brain of evil doers. For the Green Cobra there is only on sentence for law breakers, it's a death sentence.
