John Dickering discovered a gas that is "fifty times lighter then hydrogen." He injects the gas into his bloodstream until he can make great leaps in the air, and when he makes his eyes cross, two powerful beams come out and disintegrate whatever he looks at. He is the brother of the Hangman.
