By means unknown Bob Phantom can teleport from place to
place. While the limits to the range and frequency of use to this power
are unclear, Bob Phantom can move at least twice his own mass for at
least short distances. He has boosts in strength beyond the average
person. On several occasions he defies the effects of bullets by methods
unclear.
