Bobby
Bell, (also referred to as Billy Bell), is the Captain of The
Shield's Young Americans Club (also referred to as the Young
Shields of American). He
only appeared in Public Service Announcements in which he
teaches children how to defend themselves with Jiu Jitsu and Judo. After
Archie stopped publishing the Double Life of
Private Strong, he was
replaced by Tommy Troy. |
