The Brain Emperor in an enemy of the Mighty Crusaders.

Origin:
As a child all inhabitants of K-Shazor have brain surgery to make
their Brain hyper efficient. The Brain Emperor had a mutant brain
which gave him mental powers.
History:
The Brain Emperor used his mental
powers to become absolute rulers of the
planet K-Shazor. During a solar eclipse he lost use of his mind control
powers. During this time the people of K-Shazor over through the
Brain Emperor and imprisoned him in the Cosmo-Cube. After escaping
the Cosmo Cube the Brain Emperor came to Earth to conquer the
planet. The Fly, Fly-Girl, Comet, Black Hood, and the Shield (Bill
Higgins son of the Original Shield) joined forces and defeated the
Brain Emperor.
The Brain Emperor continues to fight the Crusaders.

Telepathy, mind-control, and
telekinesis, along with great intellect.
