Higgins discovers Dusty as the sole survivor of a plane crash. The
saboteurs of Dusty’s plane attack Joe’s girlfriend Betty. Dusty
helps the Shield defend Betty and the Shield makes Dusty his partner.
Roy
was an orphaned shoeshine boy that was taken in by Blaine Whitney to
become the Wizards crime fighting partner, Roy the Super Boy.
History:
Dusty
and Roy would team up to form the Boy Buddies and frequently aid the
Hangman on cases.
Powers & Weapons:
As
1940's kid sidekicks neither Dusty nor Roy had any powers or weapons.
