Origin:
Richy Waters was a child star, who when he grew was relegated to bit
parts.
History:
Richy came to Rang-A-Tang's rescue on a movie set and became the
Rang-A-Tang Kid. Hy Speed, Rang-A-Tang's detective owner was
injured and the Amazing Boy agreed to take care of Rang-A-Tang.
Powers & Weapons:
Richy is a skilled actor and uses keen detective skills to help
Rang-A-Tang and Hy Speed solve crimes.
