Frankie Valdez A student of Puerto Rican ancestry, Frankie is flamboyant, romantic, quick-witted, and a bit of a show-off, which has earned him the rivalry of Reggie Mantle. Frankie also is in a singing duet group with Brigitte. They are very popular in the Riverdale scene. Frankie once won an American Singing competition, singing an original song he co-wrote with Maria.
