The BLACK HOOD looks great on this cover!!

"The Skull had once been a workman at the Barnsdal shops until an accident had thrown a retort of caustic chemicals into the workman's face. The chemicals had eaten away flesh, destroyed all that was human of the man's face. He had become so hideous that none could look upon him without shuddering."
