wouldn't (mighty/new) crusaders charecters make great wiiwar

wii ware games are easier( and cheaper) to produce then free market games maybe archie could get something going... right now there's no super hero games at all , the story lines from the Original Shield(1983) would be great, as well as the FOX vs martial law. any ideas for games (and how do we get this going...?
