I thought I would start this thread so if we have thoughts/info that can be added we can post it here for Rik to use/update the bios as he sees appropriate.

BIOGRAPHY:
Interred in a supernatural safe, the Eraser was a scientist in 19th century America. He was implicated in the disappearance of a number of wealthy men in 1868. He was released when the safe was recently unlocked.

POWERS:
The Eraser the ability to survive potentially fatal injury; as well as possible teleportation powers. Other ablities unknown.

ABILITIES:
Knowledge gleaned from time in the safe; previous scientific knowledge.

STRENGTH LEVEL:
Unknown.

WEAKNESSES:
Appears to be mentally unbalanced due to interment in the safe. Other weaknesses unknown.

Fly Girl

Real Name: Kim Brand

First Appearance: Adventures of the Fly 13, July 1961

First DC Appearance: The Web #10, June 2010

BIOGRAPHY:
Enrolled as a Web Host, Kim Brand was determined to forge her own path of justice. This led her to make modifications to her Web Host costume, both cosmetic and technological. In doing so she dropped the Web code-name in favor of calling herself Fly Girl.

POWERS:
All powers are from the modified Web Uniform. The Fly Girl costume enables Kim to fly, offers resistance to physical attack, and the baseline Web Host suits are known to provide a measure of enhanced strength.

ABILITIES:
Technological skills - Kim was able to modify her suit herself, over-riding Web Host protocols. The modifications were both to hardware and software.

STRENGTH LEVEL:
Human. The suit may allow Fly Girl to lift as much as a couple of tons.

WEAKNESSES:
None known.

John Raymond set up a web site to fine and help those that could not help themselves at ,!-- w -->, class="postlink" ,="http://www.summontheweb.com">www.summontheweb.com,!-- w -->. However, John quickly discovered that he could not deal with the quantity of requests the web site generated. He created the Web Host. A group of 99 Agents who would be give a Web uniform and were expected to service the requests to ,!-- w -->, class="postlink" ,="http://www.summontheweb.com">www.summontheweb.com,!-- w --> while John worked to discover the reason for his brother's death.

POWERS:
All powers are from the Web Uniform.

ABILITIES:
Based on individual Agents.

STRENGTH LEVEL:
Human. The suit may allow a Web Host to lift as much as a couple of tons.

WEAKNESSES:
Web Hosts have been shown to be susceptible to attacks against the core software used to manage all suit functions. The Web Host suits have also been shut down centrally by the Web in the past when their actions were seen to be dangerous; however this killswitch over-ride has been disabled by at least three Web Hosts through their own actions.

BIOGRAPHY:
John Raymond was a spoiled ladies' man, who enjoyed to the full his life as a socialite-slacker, leading a cushioned existence of privilege, barely passing through his chosen college between the parties that filled his life. Meanwhile his brother David distanced himself from his family, choosing to help the disadvantaged as a social worker. Despite their differences, John always admired David.
John was made the heir of the family fortune by his father, who reasoned that John's emotionally-cold and privileged mindset would make him a better businessman. David’s death changed that. John, who believed his brother to be the better man and rightful heir, had other thoughts and so decided to balance business needs with humanitarian goals. To those ends, John maintained his profile as a spoiled socialite while using part of his multi-billion dollar fortune to set up a super-powered persona as The Web, a technologically-empowered superhero whose name was inspired by the World Wide Web.
John procured an advanced supercomputer to select the most urgent or worthy of numerous requests for help submitted his website - summontheweb.com – in order to find and help those that could not help themselves.
However, John quickly discovered that he could not deal with the sheer volume of requests he received. As a consequence he created the Web Hosts - a group of 99 Agents who would be given a Web uniform and were expected to service the requests to ,!-- m -->, class="postlink" ,="http://www.summontheweb.com">http://www.summontheweb.com,!-- m -->, allowing John the time to try to discover the people responsible for his brother's death

POWERS:

In addition the Web has employed thrown custom-built weaponry as part of his arsenal.

Business knowledge and vast wealth.

STRENGTH LEVEL:
Human-level. The suit allows The Web to lift as much as a couple of tons.

WEAKNESSES:
Web Hosts have been shown to be susceptible to attacks against the core software used to manage all suit functions.

BIOGRAPHY:
Mateo Burland was a young Detroit criminal who decided to leave behind his life of crime. As he prepared to go on the run, he was attacked and his sister was murdered in the crossfire by the same criminals Mateo worked with. The escaping Mateo crashed his car into the defunct headquarters of a well-known superhero team. After using weapons and equipment found there, including a brace of energy pistols as well as a strength enhancing body-armor, and conflicting with the Web along the way, Mateo confronted the drug dealer ultimately responsible for ordering the hit on him, therefore responsible for his sister's death. After meting out his own justice, he took the drug-dealer’s black bandana, fashioning it into a mask, and became the Black Hood.

A year or so later, the Black Hood had become a member of the secretive Shadow Crusaders super-team, operating under the auspices of Director Jack Latham.

ABILITIES:
Criminal background skills. Expert aim with handguns, getaway driver. Body armor has strength enhancing capabilities as well as offering advanced protection. Black Hood also uses a brace of high-tech pistols.

STRENGTH LEVEL:
Human level, above-human with body armor.

WEAKNESSES:
Reliant on armor for enhanced protection and strength.
