Great stuff Rik.
Between these and the plethora of Timm-esque choices I am sorely tempted to stray from my choice to only use Blackjack.
Are you working on Comet and Jaguar?
Are there any tools to do these simply?

The Her-O-Matic are easy to do, the Mico Heroes are done by hand.
