Eterno the Tyrant is the ruler of Atlantis. When a missile blast sent shock-waves to the ocean floor, Eterno woke up from his self-induced five-million year sleep. When he found out that it was the Mighty Crusaders who were behind the explosion, he vowed to become their arch-foe.
