Las Vegas’ resident hero is the masked crime fighter Black Jack. Black Jack was somehow connected to the Web…never explained, but he worked with Jason Troy Sr. (Fly’s grandpa) in “the old days” and we find out later in the Fly series that Jason Troy Sr. was in the Web.
